I had a broken Ice maker in my LG fridge, tech came in 4 times, after the 3rd time he said everything was fixed, but I noticed some parts still laying around. I checked the fridge...

Best Service Ever! 4/5/2011

I contacted Dial Appliance when my dishwasher broke a few days ago. The service representative was very courteous. He was able to answer most of my questions and explained several factors that might have caused my appliance to stop working. A tech was able to come out the very same day. He was professional and diagnosed the problem within minutes. I had to wait only one day for a part to arrive but it was worth it. I would recommend these guys to anyone. more

I could not believe the fast response and the repairman even came on Sunday to bring the part and finish the repair. Great great service. Will use again, recommend this company to family and friends. more

Good and honest company 10/31/2010

I used them several times already and each time you get a good timely service. They couldn't make to an appointment once but promptly called ahead of time and we rescheduled it for a later time. I can't complain about anything else and their prices are very reasonable. more
