I contacted Dial Appliance when my dishwasher broke a few days ago. The service representative was very courteous. He was able to answer most of my questions and explained several factors that might have caused my appliance to stop working. A tech was able to come out the very same day. He was professional and diagnosed the problem within minutes. I had to wait only one day for a part to arrive but it was worth it. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
