Review content:
I hit a deer on the way to my daughters birthday party, so the already bad situation was amplified. I had reached a level of stress I never knew existed and my insurance company sends me to Machens. Well needless to say by the time I left there (with my car) I actually thought my head might explode. Then I called Dents Unlimited. I talked to Marc, who must have known how stressed I was because I think he saved my sanity! Marc was willing to work with me on every aspect of the repair. He even set up my tow and rental (the insurance company was supposed to have, but failed to do so). Machens told me it would take six weeks and Dents took less than two. The most refreshing part is the level of not only professionalism but common courtesy for someone who is visibly stressed to the point of no return. I am so glad we have ONE fair, honest, reputable company in this town. Not only were they able to fix the body work but also the mechanical damage the deer inflicted. Thank you guys at Dents Unlimited!
