This was quite possibly the best customer service I've ever had. I had a chipped windshield and called Toalson to get a quote. Deborah was extremely pleasant on the phone, got the info she needed from me, and quickly called me back with the price to replace the glass. She also suggested that depending upon the size/location of the chip, I might want to try having it repaired instead of replaced. I ended up driving on over so they could take a look at the chip. A guy came out right away to look at my windshield, we discussed the options, and decided on replacement. Once again Deborah stepped up to help me and quickly got me on the schedule. I brought my car in at the appointed time, the work was completed, and it was ready to go right when they had said it would be, for exactly the price they had quoted. Everything went perfectly! I'm really impressed with everyone there.
