I was not looking to buy a car when I brought my wife's car in for service. However, being a previous Hyundai owner, I thought I would browse the lot. I worked with James that day and felt no pressure to buy at that time but he was very informative on the new cars. I took a week to think about it and decided to come back and work with James on the purchase of a new car. Everyone at the dealership was great and I greatly appreciated the laid back no pressure attitude of all that my wife and I worked with that day. Thanks to James and the rest of the staff for making the experience a good one. The only thing that I would recommend is getting the whole process down to about 2 hours instead of 4, but I guess good things come to those who wait.\r more

I purchased a Hyundai Azera from Dennis Imports about 6 months ago and have since had two service experiences. Customer service is excellent in both sales and service. They even took me to work and picked me up for my convenience. Also, I'm very pleased with the Azera. It's alot of car for reasonable money. They did hook me on XM radio by giving me 3 free months, but you can bargain with XM for an annual contract. I think we paid under $80 for a year. more

I've owned a Kia vehicle for 11+ years. It was time for an upgrade so off to Columbus we went. We stopped in Dennis Imports with the intent to 'look' :) Upon arrival - the salesman that caught our attention was Nathan Haughton. He warmly greeted us and let us go to him instead of overpowering us as soon as we pulled into the lot. We were impressed right away! His warm friendly disposition and desire to assist us immediately won us over. He asked good questions regarding my car Interests and informatively answered my questions. After looking at different vehicles and a test drive - I was sold on the SOUL. Nathan and the Dennis team were innovative and creative on making arrangements for me to obtain my new vehicle as I live outside the Columbus area and was returning from an out-of-state trip. I've had my new SOUL for a couple of months and really enjoy this car! It is fun to drive - the view is amazing as the windows are shaped differently than your average vehicle. It's roomy and awesome on gas mileage. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Nathan and the Dennis staff. I would recommend Nathan Haughton without hesitation for your Kia purchase.
