I was not looking to buy a car when I brought my wife's car in for service. However, being a previous Hyundai owner, I thought I would browse the lot. I worked with James that day and felt no pressure to buy at that time but he was very informative on the new cars. I took a week to think about it and decided to come back and work with James on the purchase of a new car. Everyone at the dealership was great and I greatly appreciated the laid back no pressure attitude of all that my wife and I worked with that day. Thanks to James and the rest of the staff for making the experience a good one. The only thing that I would recommend is getting the whole process down to about 2 hours instead of 4, but I guess good things come to those who wait.\r
