Their staff treat you right. You get good customer service and they educate you on what's available. They help you determine what type of car you need and what price fits in your budget. The cars are high quality, efficient to maintain and use, comfortable to drive and are very safe. I have bought a few from Dennis Hyundai and dealt with Seth Solis each time. He definitely knows a lot about cars and very willing to help you find what you are looking for. We were very pleased with our entire sales experience and especially with our sales lady Susan Goodman. She helped us pick out a vehicle that we could afford with all of the features that we wanted. A couple of months ago, I contacted Bob Tillis at the Morse Road location and explained to him that I had just purchased a vehicle from another dealer in Columbus. After driving the 2004 Taurus for two and a half weeks, the other dealer called me and said they were having trouble getting me approved for the 13% interest rate which I left the dealership at and I would need to resign paperwork at a 21% rate. My payment would go from $303 per month to nearly $400 per month. I asked Bob if I had any options at all. He was very patient and friendly. Even though I have had credit issues in the past, he never criticized me or berated me like other dealers had done. He explained that they had a relationship with some of the credit unions in Columbus and could probably work for me and get me approved at a good interest rate.
