Deb provides great service!! She was so helpful to me and my son in getting him safely to and from VCU. And even when her schedule did not allow for a ride, she went above and beyond in giving my son pointers on how to handle his ride to school. She truly gives service a great name and a very personal touch! Thanks Deb for a great service!! more

Flew into Richmond and needed 2 taxis to DC. Deb was early and waited quite a while for us. It was otherwise terrible. She couldn't use her GPS, and screamed a racial epithet out her window at another driver. She kicked us out of the taxi and made us wait in the parking lot while she bought a snack, and was very rude to the other driver who was clearly fearful of her. It was a tense and uncomfortable ride as she tried to make excuses for her behavior. I will not use her again. more

I just wanted to thank you Deb for the excellent service you showed to me during my trip to Richmond. I got in early and you were there already waiting for me. It was nice not to have to wait. While in Va, I rode with a friend to a hospital in Richmond to visit a friend and she had trouble finding the hospital. I called Deb on a hunch and she helped and gave us directions and we found the hospital. Deb was professional and very knowledgeable.Thank you sooooooo Much Deb. I will call you again when im down in that area. more

Best Taxi Service in the Richmond Area 11/28/2010

Fantastic Service! Reliable, Friendly, Courteous, Reasonable price. Deb called to confirm ahead of time and arrived early. The ride was clean, spacious. She knew a better route to get me to the train station and saved me money. The best taxi experience I have ever had. I will be referring her to my friends and colleagues for all business and personal travel. more

Consistantly THE BEST TAXI & driver!! 12/22/2009

Deb is unique - she works hard at her business and goes OUT OF HER WAY to accomodate any REASONABLE passenger. She actually personally helped me solve a difficult problem as well as taking me all over town to run my errands - she's been in RIchmond a long time and can recommend trustworthy businesses and people WITHOUT ulterior motives! This woman REALLY cares about people in general and will go out of her way to help - beyond the call of duty !! I have used her services several times and now is always the FIRST cab service I call! Rates are fair & reasonable, service is always prompt... if she says she'll be there in 10 minutes, she MEANS it!! She'll even call if she's running late! I""ve lived in Boston, NYC, Philly, etc, and her service is the only one of it's kind... because of HER!! I always leave her cab with a big smile!! Thanks Deb, I mean every word I said!! And... The good and bad of the cab service 12/5/2009

The service was great. Taxi arrived very early so I had plenty of time to catch my flight. The only drawbacks are that the ""college airport"" coupon doesn't really save you much, as she will ""overestimate"" the original charge and then only take off half of the 15% which equals about a $4 tip. (Other services are 0.50 cheaper even without a coupon.) My return flight reservation was also not kept but she did call first to let me know. Pros: On Time, friendly Cons: Reservations are not always garanteed; coupon doesn't help more

Taxi service you can depend on!!!! 10/31/2009

I really appreciated the Taxi service, my brother was stranded on the hiway and Deb assisted him finding a auto store,mechanic and a hotel to stay overnight. She went over and beyond helping him. This is a company that cares about people and I would recommend you use their Taxi service. It is a first class company in my book. Thank you for looking out for my brother. Great taxi service 10/21/2009

Deb was on time and even early to my residence. My husband has to have a little help in and out of the car, so, she was able to give an extra hand. Car was so clean and she was very careful with our luggage. On the return trip she was right on time to pick us up and had a wheel chair handy to help my husband, nice, non-smoking and very courtous service. Would recomend to call Deb's Taxi Service any time. Great Taxi Service 9/20/2009

I had the pleasure of meeting Deb when i worked the reception desk at a major health insurance company here in the west end of Richmond . Some days we had VIP's in town for meetings and afterwards they wanted to get to the Airport as soon as possible ... i called Deb and she was prompt and very friendly ... the people loved her and so whenever people needed cab service after meetings i would call her ... even though i no longer work the desk i still recommend her taxi service ..... Wonder person and service 5/18/2009

Deb was a ""God Send"" and helped my family out on very short notice during a family emergency. She went out of her way and provided a long distance ride when I couldn't be there to do it myself and added a mom's personal touch. Pros: Extremely helpful and friendly on short notice more

Deb's taxi service is really good. She's always on time. Deb is really polite and friendly. I have been a regular customer for more than 1 month and can say with confidence to go for this service. Reliable and Friendly 1/8/2009

I recently had the opportunity to use Deb's Taxi Service for transportation to and from the airport when my son and I took a holiday trip. Deb was courteous and polite, and very pleasant, making the ride very enjoyable. As for the service, she not only was on time, but waited for us when our flight experienced a delay in arrival. I will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend her to anyone! more
