The service was great. Taxi arrived very early so I had plenty of time to catch my flight. The only drawbacks are that the ""college airport"" coupon doesn't really save you much, as she will ""overestimate"" the original charge and then only take off half of the 15% which equals about a $4 tip. (Other services are 0.50 cheaper even without a coupon.) My return flight reservation was also not kept but she did call first to let me know.
