already increased sales by 10 cars 1/31/2013

Five stars I got a lot out of training with L.A. learn a lot of stuff that I didn’t know before and really gained some valuable tools for doing my Job. In less than a week of training our internet sales department is off to a great new start with us already increased sales by 10 cars. more

we are in for a record year 1/9/2013

We can’t go from 0 to 100 overnight but with the training we are receiving from Sean and Deal Synergy we are now on the right path. With their continuing support I’m sure that we are in for a record year from our internet department. Thanks again and I’m sure we will be talking again soon. more

Sean and his team are at the edge of the technology 11/21/2012

I know the Internet is powerful and I don't know a lot of the technology associated with the Internet so I was a little apprehensive and a little nervous about the training. Our Internet department is really non-existent right now. What I have really have come to understand is that Sean and his team are at the edge of the technology and the Internet and. They're car people that understand the industry it's all about traffic and driving traffic to the store. But what's really impressive though is that they understand the overall business aspect of motivating people and engaging people. It's a pretty powerful combination I've learned. The background Sean has in the industry is something you absolutely need because he understands, he's worked the floor, he's sold cars, he's been through all of it. It really gives him credibility for folks like me. more

Best workshop I'd been to!! 11/15/2012

I thought it was the best workshop I'd been to. I liked the overview of how to start optimizing the videos I already have up and the different departments I can start to add videos for. I was surprised about the amount of video sites that are actually out there beyond youtube. I would definitely recommend someone else looking at Dealer Synergy's workshop for information. more

It's a must 8/8/2011

It's a must. You have to be around it to feel it. The energy in the room is lightining. more

Expectations are exceeded 8/5/2011

When I came into the workshop, I really expected a certain amount of hands on teaching. But what I really got from it and where my expectations are exceeded is that it is extremly creative and dynamic approach to the way that things happen. I see people changing directions. We have an interesting situation at our store because we're in a isolated market. We have a limited number of leads available and what's happened over the past couple days is we've seen a lot of experts, not just from Sean's company but from partner companies of his and strategic alliances put their heads together and help us solve a problem and meet a challenge where we feel much more confident about succeeding. more

Nice to have options 8/3/2011

We do a lot of advertising on TV, through infomercials and 30 sec spots. Knowing that people are going to be equppied with a device to fast forward through those commercials. It's very nice to know that we have other options now we go to the Internet where 80-98% of people are going now. SO, change some of marketing around and be ahead of the game in that aspect and I'm really excited about building some websites and hitting the Internet real hard. Being able to take it back to my business with a different perspective, I'm gonna teach everybody, we're gonna have fun. I want to put people first, put my customers first, that's what's truly important. I don't care how much money that I make if I can't have fun doing it. This could be a book to change anybody's life. more

50 to 135 8/1/2011

Since Sean came in we've gone from 50 cars a month to 135. And this last month we've done 140 cars which was a record for the dealership. Since Sean focused in on the social media our dealership was really just a plain Jane, just kinda listing the cars, we were doing one to two cars a day. When Sean came in and just loaded up on the social media you tell an immediate response from Facebook leads and Twitter. We were getting at least 4 or 5 additional opportunities a day just 'cause they saw us on Facebook or started following us on Twitter. more

The best advice I could give a sells person is to follow the six point program 7/28/2011

My experience in the automobile business goes from selling cars to making deals to lease to finance to work at a desk. What's made me successful in the business that's we're in is the fact that you have to have thick skin, you can't be afraid to ask for a deal, and you have to be repetitive and as long as you can do that you can make a lot of money in the automobile business. What makes a closer strong is having thick skin, not being afraid to hear no as an answer, and to be able to stay in a deal until you can take that no and turn it into a yes. You have to ask for the sale in order to get the sale. The best advice I could give a sells person is to follow the six point program. more

A lot of good information 7/25/2011

My second group 7/20/2011

In the beginning, we came out of the gate hitting it hard. We did a really good job in the first year/year and half of following the process. We have Sean Bradley here to give us tune up. This'll be my second 20 Group training and a lot of things have happened in the past 2 years. more

Entire staff has been impressed 7/18/2011

The last two days we've been mainly focusing on the development of the program with the self development, setting goals, realistic goals, and how to obtain those goals and also how to check throughout the stages of that check where you're at in the goals. My employees have gone from fearing the training to excited and wanting to work more and more to work better. The entire staff has been impressed. Simplify the system, the easier it is, the less moving parts, the easier to manage. My minimal goal is 60-65 unitss, my goal is to get it to 100. Within 60 days I want to be hitting pretty close to the bare minimum, and I'm gonna have to adjust the goals as we go on. The right people, the four P's, people, processes, products. We can't go from 0 to 100 overnight, so we're gonna see where we're at and where we're going. more

They were both fantastic 7/11/2011

I think I've learned more in the past two days than the rest of my life. They were both fantastic. more

Speed up my effectiveness 7/7/2011

I need a lot experience. I've never really been through a formal Internet training. Too many tasks I've run into that seemed too laborious and then in two days I found out there's a lot of ways to automate it and speed up my effectiveness, to turn a distant customer that I can't seem to get a hold of to bring 'em in the store. I found some effective tools to do that. more

Very clear and concise 7/5/2011

We knew we were behind in the Internet. We had heard very good things about Sean Bradley. My eldest son had actually met him at a 20 Group meeting and was incredibly impressed and was trying to make sure that we were equally aware of what could be going on with our Internet department and where we could grow our company and what direction we should take with our Internet. It exceeded my expectation, I'm not very Internet savvy so I was apprehensive about what people would tell me, that it would be technologically over my head and it was not, it was very clear it was very concise, incredibly quick paced but very very easy to understand and give in methodical ways in which we can attack and improve our Internet department. I really gave no value to Facebook. The social media is impressing me quite a lot. more
