I know the Internet is powerful and I don't know a lot of the technology associated with the Internet so I was a little apprehensive and a little nervous about the training. Our Internet department is really non-existent right now. What I have really have come to understand is that Sean and his team are at the edge of the technology and the Internet and. They're car people that understand the industry it's all about traffic and driving traffic to the store. But what's really impressive though is that they understand the overall business aspect of motivating people and engaging people. It's a pretty powerful combination I've learned. The background Sean has in the industry is something you absolutely need because he understands, he's worked the floor, he's sold cars, he's been through all of it. It really gives him credibility for folks like me.
