We knew we were behind in the Internet. We had heard very good things about Sean Bradley. My eldest son had actually met him at a 20 Group meeting and was incredibly impressed and was trying to make sure that we were equally aware of what could be going on with our Internet department and where we could grow our company and what direction we should take with our Internet. It exceeded my expectation, I'm not very Internet savvy so I was apprehensive about what people would tell me, that it would be technologically over my head and it was not, it was very clear it was very concise, incredibly quick paced but very very easy to understand and give in methodical ways in which we can attack and improve our Internet department. I really gave no value to Facebook. The social media is impressing me quite a lot.
