The last two days we've been mainly focusing on the development of the program with the self development, setting goals, realistic goals, and how to obtain those goals and also how to check throughout the stages of that check where you're at in the goals. My employees have gone from fearing the training to excited and wanting to work more and more to work better. The entire staff has been impressed. Simplify the system, the easier it is, the less moving parts, the easier to manage. My minimal goal is 60-65 unitss, my goal is to get it to 100. Within 60 days I want to be hitting pretty close to the bare minimum, and I'm gonna have to adjust the goals as we go on. The right people, the four P's, people, processes, products. We can't go from 0 to 100 overnight, so we're gonna see where we're at and where we're going.
