I discovered David's Abbey Carpet & Floor just from passing by. So, they came out to remove our carpet that was covering up my hardwood floors. It took them a total of 4 hours to complete. I think their prices were very good. The carpenters were professional, courteous and they also cleaned up behind themselves. more

David's Abbey Carpet & Floor put in a new hardwood floor in the basement. The installers did a great job and they even came back and fixed a couple of little things that were wrong. They took their time and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. All of the installers were efficient, fast, and courteous, and they did a great job. Their prices were okay; they were a little more expensive than some other companies we looked at, but you have to be willing to pay a little more for quality. We saw what the other companies were putting and we did not like the quality of the work. With David's Abbey Carpet & Floor, the quality of the installation as a whole was higher. The salesperson, Elizabeth, was excellent. She did a really nice job and then she called back and told us everything. She gave us the price and she was everything that sales should be. more

They installed carpet in my master closet and a side room, they weren't huge but the work was great. I watched them move the furniture and they were really great with it, I think the only thing they forgot is that the doors to the closet, they forgot to put the track down. But other than that they were great. As far as handling things they were being cautious and very courteous about making sure things were where they needed to be. I'll be back again. more

I have only been to David's Abbey Carpet and Floor once. The sales team was honest and helpful. The prices were fair. They put down carpet in a fairly big sized room, 25 x 40 ft. There was a lot of furniture that needed to be moved, which they did for me. They were very careful and didn't do any damage to my items. The installers were professional. I was happy with the work that they did. They delivered on what needed to be done. I would use them again. more

At first we had trouble matching the hardwood to the existing hardwood in our cabin, but Kenny bent over backwards to find the right hardwood for us and it turned out great and matches really well. I took the recommendation of a friend to check out David's Abbey Carpet and Floor and am so glad that I did! We wanted to install a home theater where friends could come over to watch a game and had a multitude of choices to make to set it up. The salesman who helped us out was just excellent. He provided us with a variety of choices that were in line with what we were looking for, which really helped speed things up, and we ended up going with a recommendation of his for a great price. I looked at several others that I chose on my own but really liked one that he selected and am very happy with the decision. He was just an outstanding salesman who was always responsive; a lot of salespeople are hard to reach and slow in getting back to you; with him, if he's missed a call, he makes sure to call you back in a reasonable amount of time. As for the installation itself, I had a tight schedule and I wanted to have it done as quickly and efficiently as possible. When the installers came, they were punctual, professional, very conversational, and got the job done in great time. I don't have a single negative things to say about my experience with David's Abbey Carpet and Floor. They were just an excellent business to work with from start to finish! more

I had $4000.00 in flooring installed in July and I had several legitimate complaints about the installation. I have spoken to and emailed numerous employees of the company and keep being assured they will "fix It". The last employee Richard came out to my house 2 weeks ago and took pictures of everything that needed fixed and assured me that the mistakes made at my house was not the way the company does business. He was ordering supplies that should be in by the end of the week. I have not heard from him since. Here it is November and I am still a unhappy customer. more

We had a bathroom tiled, shower, and shower walls completed. The installers were Joey and Jordan. They were precise in their measurements and in the installation of the tile. This was the first time I worked with David's Abbey Carpet & Floor. I purchased a home recently and have been working on it a little bit at a time. They replaced the carpeting on the top floor. The men that performed the service were nice, didn't use foul language, and were prompt. They picked up the old carpet, cleaned the area, and installed our new carpet. They had excellent workmanship. I have already recommended them to my sister, who also wants work done to her floors. I will be using them again in the near future for a second project. more

One of the key factors that has made our experience with David's Abbey Carpet & Floor so great is their sales rep Ron, he initially sold us our flooring when we built our house fifteen years ago, so we went back to him quite willingly. We replaced a lot of our carpeting and tile and it worked out as well as it could have. It was beautifully engineered, the installer was able to fit carpeting perfectly around our fireplace stone. The new vinyl tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are also great! more

Davids installed a wood floor in my home. Sonny, the salesman was great, the installers were great. I was very happy till I needed service for a delaminated board. I left a detailed message as requested with the operations center, and never heard from them. My next call was handled by Nancy who attempted to get the operations center to call me. They never did. My next call got me to Harriet who also attempted to get someone to call me. Eight days after my original call I heard from Mike Kirby who scheduled my service. On the service day the tech. was a no-show. The next day the tech was a no-show. The next day 2 service techs came to my home and efficiently and professionally took care of the repair. So, I have mixed feelings about whether or not I will use this company again because of the poor service I received in my attempt to get a repair. Nancy and Harriet were very helpful and I think if they didn't get involved I'd still be waiting to hear from the operations center. more
