I took the recommendation of a friend to check out David's Abbey Carpet and Floor and am so glad that I did! We wanted to install a home theater where friends could come over to watch a game and had a multitude of choices to make to set it up. The salesman who helped us out was just excellent. He provided us with a variety of choices that were in line with what we were looking for, which really helped speed things up, and we ended up going with a recommendation of his for a great price. I looked at several others that I chose on my own but really liked one that he selected and am very happy with the decision. He was just an outstanding salesman who was always responsive; a lot of salespeople are hard to reach and slow in getting back to you; with him, if he's missed a call, he makes sure to call you back in a reasonable amount of time. As for the installation itself, I had a tight schedule and I wanted to have it done as quickly and efficiently as possible. When the installers came, they were punctual, professional, very conversational, and got the job done in great time. I don't have a single negative things to say about my experience with David's Abbey Carpet and Floor. They were just an excellent business to work with from start to finish!
