Dance 4 Less

I spoke with them on the phone twice before I ordered and was told that if I placed an order online that it would ship the same day - it was the truth! I received my shipping/tracking info that night (on a Friday) and had my package by Monday (Las Vegas to Alabama). That's great service right there!! I would highly recommend Dance 4 Less! We ordered the economy ballet and tap shoes as well as a leotard and all fit perfectly. I am very pleased with this purchase! more

I ordered the UniBike grab bag ( and the items received where much prettier than the ones pictured on the web site) and the order was placed after 3 on Friday and arrived Monday with standard shipping. efore placing the order, I called to ask if I could make sure not to get velvet and was told to put Hologram only in the comments section of my order and I didn't get any velvet items - The salesperson was very nice and my package was shipped out within 2 hours of when I placed my order. I looked locally and the dance store only had 2 Unibike designs instock and none in a size 8-10 and they wanted $29 each - I was very happy getting 3 for $36.25 - with shipping. I ordered a pair of ballroom dance shoes ~ almost a month ago. My credit card charge showed up in two days, but I still have NO shoes. I have emailed several times with no responses. Phone calls go to answering services with no return phone calls. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Totally unprofessional. I had a terrible experience with this company! I ordered tap shoes for my daughter who wore them for only a month and a half at rehearsal. She took very good care of them wearing them only when dancing. So to her surprise the sole cracked right in half. I emailed the company and explained to them that the show goes up in less then a week and I paid good money for those shoes. They did not responded to the email so I called that got me nowhere. The individual who I spoke to was down right rude and would not stand behind the product. I was told to order another pair if I needed them and I could if I wanted to send the broken pair back and they might give me store credit, but probably not. I ordered from this site and what a HUGE mistake. I realized right away that I ordered the wrong shoe size. I called to switch it. Their answering machine says they are answering emails. So I figured I would try that out but I still left a voicemail and got no reply. I wrote. No reply. I wrote again. Of course, no reply. After two days of no reply from voice messages and emails I decided to cancel my order (with the status still reading that it was being processed- not shipped yet). I wrote to cancel. I called to cancel. I FINALLY got a hold of someone on the phone and told me they would get back to me to see what the warehouse had. They never did. Another person emailed me and told me that they switched the shoe size and asked if I wanted to still cancel. I said yes. A couple days later, with the charge still on my card, I receive the product with the wrong shoe size. I called and odd enough I got a hold of someone and they said I could send it back but I would have to pay for shipping!!! more
