I ordered from this site and what a HUGE mistake. I realized right away that I ordered the wrong shoe size. I called to switch it. Their answering machine says they are answering emails. So I figured I would try that out but I still left a voicemail and got no reply. I wrote. No reply. I wrote again. Of course, no reply. After two days of no reply from voice messages and emails I decided to cancel my order (with the status still reading that it was being processed- not shipped yet). I wrote to cancel. I called to cancel. I FINALLY got a hold of someone on the phone and told me they would get back to me to see what the warehouse had. They never did. Another person emailed me and told me that they switched the shoe size and asked if I wanted to still cancel. I said yes. A couple days later, with the charge still on my card, I receive the product with the wrong shoe size. I called and odd enough I got a hold of someone and they said I could send it back but I would have to pay for shipping!!!
