I had a terrible experience with this company! I ordered tap shoes for my daughter who wore them for only a month and a half at rehearsal. She took very good care of them wearing them only when dancing. So to her surprise the sole cracked right in half. I emailed the company and explained to them that the show goes up in less then a week and I paid good money for those shoes. They did not responded to the email so I called that got me nowhere. The individual who I spoke to was down right rude and would not stand behind the product. I was told to order another pair if I needed them and I could if I wanted to send the broken pair back and they might give me store credit, but probably not. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
