I am extremely happy with the service I received from Dan Wood Company. their customer service was excellent from the onset of my initial call all the way through the technician leaving my home. I was contacted immediately by a service coordinator who helped set up a convenient time and received a call back as soon as a service representative had confirmed availability. I then received a call as the service technician was leaving toward my home. The HVAC technician, Kevin K was on time, professional, and clearly explained all of my service options. He was able to resolve my furnace issue quickly. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Dan Wood for your furnace servicing needs. more

Has a Sunday night loss of water (aren't all plumbing problems designed to occur on weekend and holidays??). Of the plumbing companies I called to help with my well problem, several 'don't do well pump issues'. Dan Wood not only was capable of helping but had a technician, Earl, available early on Monday morning. He came out and promptly identified the problem with my well tank and switch. Also confirmed that my well pump was not an issue at this time. He was excellent in explaining how the system was not working correctly and what would be done to fix it. He provided me with an upfront cost estimate with 3 options rather than a 'take it or leave it' price like I've had in other emergency situations. The parts were delivered to my home by the company allowing him to remain on site and prep the well tank for replacement. It all went very smoothly and was done in under 3 hours with everything installed and tested to be working properly. I would definitely call the Dan Wood Company again for service. My only suggestion to the company is to be able to provide to the client a breakdown of parts and labor to provide price transparency. Also useful for future tax purposes as I upgraded my system with this event. All in all, a very positive experience. more

Alan was at my home earlier this month to convert my new stove functionality from electric to gas. He called ahead, was on time, and totally knew what he was doing.
