Don T was outstanding but the product he has to sell (bathroom faucet) was over priced by a considerable margin. No wonder Dan Wood has lost it's popularity in the Sterling Oaks community. more

Well Pump Breaker Repair 7/27/2016

had an issue with well pump tripping breaker - Dan S couldn't have been more helpful, initial service call was on a Sunday, Dan called, walked thru the problem, determined that it was not critical that it be addressed that day. Dan came out a few days later and methodically went through all facets of the system, explained everything in great detail and recommended a repair, which he performed. System has worked flawlessly since. Dan is a credit to the Dan Wood company, I always felt like he had my best interest in mind and never felt like I was not completely informed. more

Excellent on-site service 7/14/2016

Though there was a disconnect on when the service technician would show up I was very pleased with the work that Sean Nagle provided. Sean was both polite and thorough in the work that he provided at our home today. I will certainly call Dan Wood Company again and specifically request Sean. more

Sean Nagle did a really good job this morning. He was on time and was very friendly and professional. He knew what he was doing and walked me through the problems with my furnace. He showed me the cracked heat exchanger and explained why it was so dangerous. I appreciated his honest and matter-of-fact approach. more

Alan H. review 1/27/2016

Our geo-thermal heat pump had not been working properly when we called your company. Alan H. was the technician that worked on our heat pump. He checked it out thoroughly and found the problem. He fixed the problem and then made some recommendations to improve the function, which we had him make. He was pleasant and explained the problem in terms that we could understand. We had our well serviced, bladder tank replaced and while he was there he pulled an old well for us. Dan was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and did a GREAT job taking care of all our well issues. I would use Daniel for any future well needs we have and Dan Wood Co for other repair needs at our house. more

He diagnosed our problem on a house call today and offered options to get it fixed including how we could do the work ourselves if we wanted. Thanks Jamie. After having a different electrical contractor cancel an appointment (twice), I called Dan Wood who advertised same day service. I not only got same day service but I also got excellent service. A damaged wire was repaired and an exterior light fixture was replaced. Living in an older home, the exterior light fixture was not a current standard. To ensure that I was happy with the replacement, Jaime went the extra mile with no additional charge and exercised some personal innovation to provide a custom decorative flange to better harmonize the new LED light with my home. It looked much better than the original installation, and I am very happy with his work. I will definitely use Dan Wood Electrical in the future. more
