Dan S knows his stuff! 7/23/2017

Dan S came out the very day we called for help. When he couldn't find the problem right away, he didn't quit. He kept searching until he found not 1 but 2 problems. He was honest, articulate and knowledgable. Dan didn't try to scare me into spending lots of money but instead offered me several solutions and then left me time to think about it. He even went out of his way to call my husband and fill him in on the day's work. more

Don T., working with Rich F., did an outstanding job in troubleshooting and resolving to our complete satisfaction several issues with our sewer line. They were courteous, professional, very knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. They kept us well informed at each step and performed a thorough cleanup. Both plumbers were fantastic. They correctly diagnosed the plumbing issue and efficiently went about doing the work. Friendly, competent service was provided. I hope to get these two plumbers in the future if I need work done. more

Replacement of HVAC 4/10/2017

We have just had our heating and air conditioning equipment replaced by Dan Wood Company. The two installers were Chris and Heath . They did an excellent job. They were punctual. They completed the job on schedule. They explained what they were doing and when there were choices to be made, they explained those to us. Finally, they explained how to use the equipment. The original choices of the equipment we chose were presented to us by Jeff Tartaglia and he also did an excellent job. more

Dan Wood Company electrical service--repair 3/16/2017

I have been a customer of Dan Wood Company for a decade. They service my furnace and AC unit each year, and I always call them first for needed repairs of plumbing, electrical, even well pump, because I trust the work they do. Just had electrical work done by technician Brad J., who is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Make no mistake: the technicians are also salesmen, and so when called for a repair of one thing, they will also tell you about other items they can install or replace. I do appreciate that when doing electrical work, they also look things over and point out any safety issues they spot. Brad, like all the Dan Wood technicians over the years, takes the time to explain things and answer questions. My biggest vote of support is that I will continue to use this company and recommend it to anyone looking for plumbing, electrical, or well work. more

Friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a problem with an Aprilaire central humidifier leaking. I had already tried fixing it myself. Alan determined the problem quickly and did a really nice job of reinstalling a drainage line in a way that will prevent the problem from happening again. Extremely satisfied. more

Dan Wood Company 2/19/2017

The level of service provided by the Dan Wood Company is beyond reproach. Justin was extremely helpful going above and beyond to address my concerns when replacing my hot water heater. He explained everything he was going to do and was willing to do adjacent work that further saved me time. His work was of high quality leaving the work site as they found it. I appreciate everything he did for me and would highly recommend the Dan Wood Company to anyone. All of my experiences to date have been positive. Thank you Justin and Wayne. more

We were having problems with our furnace on Friday. Called Dan Wood Co. They offer service on that day. We chose first thing Monday morning. The tech arrived on time. He was on time and pleasant. Had diagnosed the problem and had part replaced within an hour. Keven also pointed out that our thermostat could be showing signs of an issue. Very helpful and quick. Will definitely use Dan Wood again more

Excellent Service 1/12/2017

Our furnace went out overnight, with the temperatures in the mid-twenties. Dan Wood Co. scheduled a technician to come out same day. Sean Nagle actually arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled, which was great. The service was efficient and knowledgeable. Sean took the time to answer my questions and explain what had happened and how he plan to fix it. Timely, friendly, and I was back up and running within about an hour. I couldn't ask for better service. more

We had an emergency situation, within 1 hour and 18 minutes, it was repaired. Justin was extremely polite, thorough, gave us options and proceeded extreme professionally. Dan Wood Company should consider themselves lucky to have a young man of his caliber on their staff. more
