My family of 5 walked through the door and were immediately made welcome by all the sales people. They listened to what we wanted and showed us a couple cars. We ended up buying what was probably the cheapest car on the lot, yet we were treated like we bought the flagship. They gave us the best offer on our trade in as well. It was a Dodge Durango worth $14k under private sale, and they offered us $2k more than the other dealerships did that we went to. This is a good place to do business and we will definitely return. Mr. Garron is one of the nicest and most competent consultants ever. I am 79 and deaf - and he helped me for over 3 years now. He is kind, helpful, writes down notes for me since I can't hear - and I really think Volvo is lucky to have such a conscientious employee! He is excellent in all respects! more

I'm just sending a quick note to thank you and your team - in particular, Mike Profenno and Matt Savage - for the exemplary customer service I received at your branch. I brought in an older Volvo XC recently, to have a routine part replaced under warranty. Your team scheduled me and took care of the part with no problem. What happened after, however, was a myriad of unforeseen issues (broken lamp, rotted sensor, etc.) that resulted in the car having to be towed back to your location once, and then returned again. Suffice to say I have spent a lot of time with these gentleman ( in person and on the phone) in the past three weeks. Considering that my original (and subsequent) issues were covered under warranty they still took the time and care as if I were a paying customer which I so appreciated. They went above and beyond to figure out the root of the problem and make sure that all was in taken care of. Anyways, just wanted you to know what great employees you have. more

My wife had her battery die (1988 Volvo XC70) on a busy route on this past Monday. She had AAA tow her to your dealership hoping you could help her. I want to tell you she did nothing but rave about the service she received. She told me she was kept informed every step of the way and dealt with a very pleasant staff. She was most pleased by the fact you worked her into your schedule even though she didn't have an appointment and you appeared to be very busy. My wife and I would like to thank everyone involved on the service staff for the great treatment. Customers can be the first to complain if something goes wrong but I believe good service should be noted too. more

I wanted to say thank you for all your help, and also wanted to say how much I'm going to miss the quality of service you guys provided. Matt and Matt were always extremely helpful and did anything in their power to accommodate me. Being at another dealership today made me appreciate your service. The car started making a loud vibration banging sound at the left front wheel. As it turns out it was ice and snow jammed up under there. I was very impressed with your service dept.
