My wife had her battery die (1988 Volvo XC70) on a busy route on this past Monday. She had AAA tow her to your dealership hoping you could help her. I want to tell you she did nothing but rave about the service she received. She told me she was kept informed every step of the way and dealt with a very pleasant staff. She was most pleased by the fact you worked her into your schedule even though she didn't have an appointment and you appeared to be very busy. My wife and I would like to thank everyone involved on the service staff for the great treatment. Customers can be the first to complain if something goes wrong but I believe good service should be noted too.
