I've tried other styles yoga and this one seems to be more of a gentle type of yoga very relaxing more focused on healing the body and mind. I do release a good amount of stress when I take the class. Its great to take a class after a long stressful day of work.
Pros: Very relaxing, relieves stress, improves physical fitness, and gives you more energy
Cons: its cheaper to take more classes, than one class at a time
