I was very sketchy about yoga in the past, I used to have an unhealthy lifestyle. Dahn Yoga helped me to get my life straight, I got illegal substances and alcohol out of my life completely and never looked back. My energy levels have gone up and I feel more confident, my awereness grew and my perspective on life is much more clear. I dont feel lost anymore and I know that the only worthwhile thing to achieve in your life is your soul's completion or enlightenment. ChunWha HaSeYo! ^_^
