When I went to Dahn Yoga I was at first amazed at how peaceful the studio is. I felt so relaxed just sitting in the lobby. So far the classes have been great. It's not as serious as other yoga classes. The instructors make the classes challenging but fun. Also you receive a lot of personal attention from the instructors in weekly private checkups. This was great because I'm still a beginner.\r

Everyone really should do yoga. It has done so much for my body and my life.
Pros: Relaxed environment, private instruction from instructors
