I am very impressed with the oustanding customer serivce I was given thu out the time my car was at Da les body shop. \r ++ Status reports where always given \r ++ Outstanding communication with their customers\r ++ The Professionalism of from the Receptionist (Lisa) to my estimator (mike )\r ++ My car look excellent, the repairs where perfect. \r ++ After the my repairs, they called me to ask if I was happy with the repairs and service... and if there if I had any concerns. My Prius Repair Shop 2/19/2011

I was involved in a 4 car accident and was very upset over the whole experience. My Prius was towed over to DaLes Body Shop. This is the body shop for my dealership Sunnyvale Toyota. \r Lisa and Daniel really took care of my once I arrived. They where very caring of all my needs. Daniel went over all the damage done to my car with me. \r \r I didn't have rental car coverage and they help me get into a rental car. Even through I was upset they made a experience a tolerable one. They have very good customer serivce and they are knowledable of my vehicle. I appreciate all !! Thank again Chi more

Farmers COD Shop ! 2/12/2011

Outstanding workmanship preformed on my 2010 Honda Pilot. I had a excellent experience with Da-Les, Their Complete attention to detail with my vehicle was greatly appreciated. \r Da- Les is also on Farmers COD program which made thing much easier. Da-Les took the Stress out of a vehicle repairs. I recommend Da-Les to friends and family. more

Well Ladies I can tell you I found one in Da-Les Body Shop \r As soon as you walk in the front door the receptionist is ready to ask you how she can help you. I had a good feeling about my estimator ""Mike"" He really has some customer service skill. He explain the whole process of the insurance repairs ""FARMERS"" \r So again, if any ladies want a EXTRA ORDINARY PLACE take you repairs to Da Les their quality of service and attention to your car will make feel like your are taken care of. more

Another RETURN customer 2/10/2011

I am a repeat customer here at Da-Les Body Shop. Manny my estimator took car of me again. At least this time I know the routine of how it work. Ha..Ha.. Well anyways, this time I really banged up my 2009 Toyota Camry. Thank god for insurance huh. Da-Les has some of the best people that work there..\r \r They did a great job, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the quality of the work was fantastic. The work was completed very quickly. They are even open on Saturdays ! I just couldn't take anymore time off work.
