My car has been to Da-Les a few times. I must say I am always completely satisfied by their work. Fantastic customer service. Manny made 3 quotes for me so I could decide how much...

They explained the whole process to me 4/11/2011

Simply one of the best and most trustable Body & Point shops in the area. Anyone who's familiar with the area knows that there's several to choose from. I was distraught and quite frankly.. very confused after my accident. I really didn't know how the whole insurance claim process worked and I wasn't sure where to rent a car. I went in and spoke to Mike who explained the process and even called the rental car company for me! I dropped off my car... they picked me up... it was all seemless.\r \r I've already sent my sister there and it's refreshing to have a auto shop that you can trust more

High quality workmanship on my Lexus 4/10/2011

I am extremely happy w/ everything that they did for my car. I have my previous cars work on at various body shops in numerous occasions and I have never been thoroughly satisfied as I am w/ Da Les Body Shop. \r Body. Mike and the staffs there have treated me like a Queen. They have worked on my Limited Edition Lexus ISF and afterward, none of my friends can tell where my car was dented originally. I didn't know that such high quality workmanship is possible. Add to that, they gave me a complimentary cleaning and waxing a 45 days later. I love these guys!!! more

Outstanding friendly service, top notch job and quality. \r \r The insurance company rep. estimated the repair from $7000 to $9500... they want to pay as little as possible and fix it up cheap, but Da-Les Body Shop estimator didn't back down. \r Da-Les Body Shop repaired and replace every little thing.. the bill came out to over $11,000 and the insurance company paid the bill. it's been 6 months since we took the car from Da-Les and not one single rattle, paint issue, mechanical issue (airbag/seat belt sensor had to be replaced)... The car is as good as new. Excellent job guys! A+\r \r more

I am so pleased with their workmanship,timeliness and service. at Da Les was wonderful..they gave me an accurate estimate and timeline. The car is more perfect than before the accident and they even detailed the grimy icky eight-years- with- no-garage- and lots-of eating-in-the-car dirty interior. Hertz brought an amazing groovy car over so fast that i didn't really need to call in late to work ( please don't tell my boss)\r I did not experience sub quality work, I love Da Les Body Shop although I don't really want to have to visit them again.\r \r If you get into an accident go to Da Les Body Shop. more

EXCELLENT BODY SHOP 4/9/2011

Wow This is an excellent Body Shop ! I have been here at Da-Les Body Shop a couple of times and every time I can beleive how painless they make the whole experience. I have Farmers Insurnce and they happen to be in the network of the approved body shop. Perfect ! My estimator gave me update as per my request and even send me some photos via email so I can see for myself how the work on my vehicle was going. I really appreciate the extra attention to me as a customer. \r When my vehicle was completed, they called me so I can go pick it up. What was really convenient was, I was able to leave the rental vehicle @ the shop. The office staff are so professional and friendly. My vehicle looked great, I was very happy with the completed repairs. Its looks like I had never been in an accident. \r \r If any one needs a body shop take the time to see Da-Les. more

Unbelievable service and expert repair. They treat you like family and don't look to bleed you of every dollar even though insurance is usually involved (often doing work above and beyond at no additional charge). more

I hope not to see them often (sorry guys... too busy trying to avoid the accident in the first place) but when I need the type of services they provide, there is no competition.\r They helped me with the insurance people with State Farm and also did the paperwork for me. I was able to easily get a rental when my car was being fixed. \r \r The staff at Da Les Body Shop gets an A+ from me, thanks guys!\r \r \r \r more

Everything went Smooth 4/8/2011

I had an excellent experience here. \r \r After someone rearended me, this place was recommended by my normal mechanic. Everthing went smoothly --- the estimator who looked over my car and did the paperwork was kind and professional. The best part was that Da Les Body Shop works directly with large insurance companies Farmers, AAA, etc, and so they did all the communication and paperwork and phone tag. I never once needed to speak with the other driver's insurance. That alone made me happy. They also arranged my rental car with Enterprise.\r \r The body work on my car was done quickly, and it looks great. Of course, since I was the claimant (the one who was hit) I didn't have to pay them over $1000, so that's part of my nice mood.\r \r But they even washed my car, and (it's a long story) but I had grease stains all over my hood that even the car wash wouldn't touch, but the Da Les Body Shop car wash scraped all of them off. The car looked better than it had in years. \r \r Every big national chain that espouses customer service could learn a lot from Da Les Body Shop. I'd go back in a second.\r \r more

These folks are just SO accommodating! I will continue to use them (but hopefully not need to in the near future...) My story? My car was a hit and run job-only WEEKS after Da Les Body Shop had just done their excellent work-the same side of my car was hit again...what kind of KARMA is that? Anyways-they were so understanding and SO reasonable for the cost-I am happy with their work and hope others will find them for their needs in the future-very professional, responsible and even drove me home when I had to leave my car there and picked me up...THANK YOU! more

I love this place 4/7/2011

The most courteous auto body shop that I have ever dealt with. Excellent customer service and my car looks like new after some idiot rear-ended me. \r \r They even waxed/washed the outside and cleaned the inside of the car after they repaired the bumper. Everyone I talked to asked me if I was OK after the accident, which I thought was a nice touch. \r \r \r \r more

Farmers COD friendly 4/7/2011

Somebody hit and somehow scraped the trim underneath the back door of my Civic. It was a deep dent and not just a scratch. They got my car fixed and done in 2 days. (The other place I went to get an estimate told me it would take a week and a half to fix.)\r \r Everyone was so friendl at the body shop but, Manny was also my pointperson. And yes, he was uber-friendly and so was everyone else I talked to. They also have a shuttle service after I dropped the car off. Also a lifetime warranty for the work that they did. I got lucked out that my insurance (Farmers) gave me the name of this place. \r \r I highly recommend Da Les Auto Body Shop more
