After being rear-ended the other drivers insurance company AAA put us in touch with Da-Les Auto Body. While generally the whole process of getting your vehicle repaired seems overwhelming Da-Les Auto Body made everything pain free and quite frankly stress free. From the moment we dropped the car off to the finish they kept us in the loop on the process. They also worked well with the rent-a-car company with pick up and drop off. When we finally picked up the vehicle it was perfectly done and the car was washed and cleaned. more

I chose this shop because of it's high Citysearch reviews, and it was about the best decision I've ever made. The stars are well-deserved, and I could tell from the very first phone call. Manny was not only extremely friendly, but extremely helpful as well, taking the time to advise both me and my boyfriend of the ins-and-outs of working with the insurance company and giving us invaluable tips.\r \r Then when we showed up on Saturday (yes they're open on Saturdays! and they even stayed past their closing time advising us!), we got the same wonderful customer service and more. Manny is the man. He is friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and HONEST! He took the time to explain everything we needed to know and help us find the most cost-effective and savvy option, and even recommended the option that was not in his best interest! A Service repair shop that puts the interest of the customer above their own business?? Yes it exists right here at Da-Les Auto body Shop! He insisted on buffing out our paint scuff right then and there, and yet STILL refused to take any money! He even took the time the following Monday to call the insurance company to stand up for me and make sure they gave us what we wanted. Fantastic!\r \r The staff was always friendly, professional, very helpful, and didn't hold my car for days until parts came in (so I could still use it - important during our rainy season). My car was a completely dirty (I've been meaning to clean/detail it - for the last year...), and I was so shocked at the glimmer of my rims and the shine of the car that I almost forgot to check the repairs (impeccable really, just fabulous).\r \r I hope not to need an auto body repair shop often, or ever really, but if I do I'm bringing it back here. I was very impressed by the constant communications from the rep handling my vehicle. He updated me at every stage of the repair process. I was also very impressed because the car was returned 3 days ahead of their original estimated completion date. \r \r The best aspect of the service provided was the guarantee. The shop provided a written guarantee for all of the work they did on the car due to faulty workmanship for as long as I own the vehicle. Wow! The vehicle looks great and I am very pleased to have my car back. \r \r ***To everyone who worked on my car, thanks for a job well done.\r \r more

This is my first Insider Pages ever and I decided to do it because I felt the need to give Da Les Body Shop a shout out.\r \r This place is the best! I took a car a while back that had minor scratches/smudges on it and they fixed it for free! Granted it was really easy for them and took less than 10 minutes, but still, that was pretty awesome of them. I couldn't believe it and I tried to tip the guy who worked on it and he declined and the owner said the best tip I could give them was good word of mouth. \r \r SO, when my friends car window was vandalized and smashed in I told her about this place and she said she got it fixed with no hassle a great price that other places quoted. \r \r I am confident that this will be the least painful car repair experience you'll ever have as they are professional, timely and most importantly, HONEST. more

They did an outstanding job - you literally cannot tell that anything was ever wrong, because they do an essentially perfect job of matching the paint. Furthermore, the final cost in both cases was almost precisely what they estimated. \r Everything went as smooth as can be. The car was very professionally repaired, washed, vacuumed, and waiting for me on the day that they said it would be done. Super attentive service and no cutting corners. I know they definitely could have charged me a lot more, so I'm very appreciative. The car looks great and I'm ready to start taking care of it again. Finally found that body shop you can trust. \r \r I'll definitely be sending everyone I can this way now.\r \r more

They went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. The work was done professionally and at an incredible price. They even threw in some extras that were completely unexpected. \r I recommend Da Les without reservation and would give 5+ stars if I could.\r Da Les Body Shop has been in Sunnyvale for many years since the 70's and it is clear that they take pride in doing good business. Since this experience, I would never go to another shop for my car. Da Les body Shop is a honest, good shop whom you can trust. more

Nothing but praise. Really. \r \r I had an unfortunate run-in (hahaha I kill me) with an invisible pole in my parking garage at work, which left my new *sniff* car with an unsightly dent and lots of scratches. The thing is, though, my deductible was really high, and if I went through my insurance there's always the risk of them raising my premium. \r \r I went to a couple of places and got quotes, and Da Les Body Shop was by far the lowest. Everyone wanted to replace the door skin completely, but this is a Toyota Yaris! It cost less than $13k, I mean, $3-4k for a new door skin is a little disproportionate. After getting such high estimates, I called Da Les Body Shop and asked why theirs was so low (they had given me a self-pay low cost option and a complete replace door skin option). He explained to me what the other guys wanted to charge me for, and I decided on the low cost option. \r \r The service was really fast, too. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and got the call on Thursday morning that the car was finished. \r \r And seriously, I didn't know this was possible, but it looks perfect. I really, honestly, cannot tell that my car was ever dented and scratched there. It looks great, and the price was great too. \r \r I HIGHLY recommend this body shop. Just look at the other reviews...he must be consistently doing something right.\r \r more

This place is fantastic! I got hit by someone else (who thankfully had insurance) and ended up with a HUGE dent in the rear driver's side body of my 2009 Nissan Altima. The idiot who hit me had Farmers Insurance so I needed a shop that they contracted with but who I felt would also do a good job. I picked Da Les Auto Body because they are a member of the better COD Progem so I knew if they didn't do a good job, I would have some protection.\r \r They were super thorough, did a fantastic job (my car looks better now than when I brought it in), and had my car done exactly when promised. The only down side is that it took a while (2 weeks) but they had to disassemble the car to inspect it, order parts, and complete the work - so I doubt anyone else could have done it faster without compromising quality. The other bonus was that Farmers Program shop has contracts with Hertz so they call the for the rental. They were professional, super nice, and did a great job! more

I trust this shop. My husband's truck was quite banged up on all sides and they returned it to a new shiny vehicle again. I felt they were honest, respectful to the customers, flexible with my schedule, reasonably priced, and thorough. When I took the truck in for an estimate, they explained everything they were going to do to fix it and gave me an estimate. When I picked the truck up (Washed and vacuumed!) they took the time to show me what they had done in detail. It was very apparent they are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. If I ever need more body work done on our cars, this will be my first choice.\r \r more
