Woke up recently to find my water heater had sprung a leak. I had a nice brand new installed THE SAME DAY by Do it Right. Very courteous, and professional is how I would describe the 2 Do it Right employees that installed my new water heater. They took the time to answer all of my questions, instructed me on the pilot lighting procedure, and cleaned up all excess work materials. I called Do It Right when water backed up into my house. I called DIR on a Sunday morning and he immediately told me that if the visit could wait until Monday, I would spend half as much for the same work. Our situation could wait, so they came first thing the next morning. They were very quick to determine the problem (sewer line was blocked), did their best to fix what they could with the snake, then explained why they couldn't solve the problem. They clearly explained to us that they needed to dig up our sewer line and repair or replace it, they gave us a fair quote and time estimate for the work, gave us time to call around for other quotes, and they didn't pressure us to use their services. We went with them for the rest of the work and they did a great job. The crew was friendly and professional, worked efficiently and were really good at explaining everything they were doing, why they were doing it and answering all my questions. I'll definitely call them again if we need plumbing help! more

We had an expansion tank that failed and Do It Right Plumbing came and replaced the tank. They came the same day that I called them and they were completely done within a couple of hours. more

I needed a plumber and someone gave me Do It Right Plumbing's card and said, "Here. Why don't you call these people?" I did and they came they worked on my upstairs bathtub. I'm legally blind and when the gentleman came he went upstairs to work in the bathroom and I couldn't go up there with him so he was working up there by himself. The problem with the bathtub was that there was water running from both ends - the shower head and the bottom - at the same time. That's what the he worked on. I thought he very professional and a nice guy, truly. He was very polite. He worked hard and he finished the job in one visit. He knew exactly what was wrong and he explained everything to me. more

Do It Right Plumbing does wonderful work. I know the owner personally and he always takes care of my needs. I had 2-3 things that needed to be done and when I call them, they respond within a couple of days. They are very responsive and I am very satisfied. more

They are really good. I have used Do It Right Plumbing before to put a water heater in and they did a really good job. They do good work, clean up after themselves, and there is never any problems with their work. They really stand behind their word, and they don't mess around. I had a clogged sink and they had to go in 50 feet to get it. I am a single mom and they never have taken advantage of me. more

Do It Right Plumbing really did a great job, and they were very professional. They made an appointment, and even though they did miss the first one they apologized and were right there the very next day. The guy I first spoke to did not come with the other guys when they all first showed up, but they were all just as nice, and later e came himself to check on the work. They were really informative, and they even answered questions I had about the rest of the house. They got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, and the price was really good too. I had done lots of research online before choosing them, so I knew what the average cost of a job my size would be, and they were actually a little lower. They were still in the ballpark, so it wasn't like they were giving the farm away, but it was a very good price. I was really happy about it, so I got another estimate for a second job later on, and it also was on the lower side, so I'll have them come back and do that too. more

I was delighted with Do It Right Plumbing. They came right away when I called, and were very professional and helpful once they arrived. I had a leak in the water supply that feeds the washing machine, and they replaced both the hot and cold water faucets. They did a great job, and I don't expect to have any more leaks. Do It Right went above and beyond what was necessary, but were very gentle with the cost. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give Do It Right Plumbing a 6 for the quality of their work, and a 5 1/2 for professionalism. These guys are great! I met John, who is actually the owner, one day when I lived in Phoenix and we hit it off right away. He did an amazing job! Since then, I moved to Baldwinsville and he's my go to guy now. I use John from Do It Right Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. I don't know how long it's been, I guess as long as he's been running Do It Right Plumbing. He is very responsive, and even saved me one Thanksgiving when my sink was clogged up, he came over that morning and unclogged it for me! I have been so happy with his service. He gets things done and is very neat about it, you never end up with a mess to clean up after they're done. He is always efficient and professional. I've recommended him to other people and they have all been happy too! more

I have used Do It Right Plumbing for the last five years, both at my business and at home. They are very professional, and just great people. To give an example of what I like best about them, I'll tell about one time when my father was over when they were here working. He was trying to help, but was very much in their way. But instead of telling him to leave them alone, they were very nice about it, and careful not to hurt his pride. This meant a lot to me. Another time, John came out at 7AM so to fix my shower in time for me to get to work. This is the kind of service you can expect from them. Do It Right are always available. I love that when I call, I speak right with John and not some answering service. And when we are discussing the problem, he will never talk down to me, even though I don't know all the right terminology. The billing is great, too. They will write up a bill right then and there, so I know what to expect. They don't gouge you on the prices, and there are no hidden fees. Do It Right is simply a wonderful company to work with. more
