Review content:
I have used Do It Right Plumbing for the last five years, both at my business and at home. They are very professional, and just great people. To give an example of what I like best about them, I'll tell about one time when my father was over when they were here working. He was trying to help, but was very much in their way. But instead of telling him to leave them alone, they were very nice about it, and careful not to hurt his pride. This meant a lot to me.
Another time, John came out at 7AM so to fix my shower in time for me to get to work. This is the kind of service you can expect from them. Do It Right are always available. I love that when I call, I speak right with John and not some answering service. And when we are discussing the problem, he will never talk down to me, even though I don't know all the right terminology.
The billing is great, too. They will write up a bill right then and there, so I know what to expect. They don't gouge you on the prices, and there are no hidden fees. Do It Right is simply a wonderful company to work with.
