I needed a plumber and someone gave me Do It Right Plumbing's card and said, "Here. Why don't you call these people?" I did and they came they worked on my upstairs bathtub. I'm legally blind and when the gentleman came he went upstairs to work in the bathroom and I couldn't go up there with him so he was working up there by himself.
The problem with the bathtub was that there was water running from both ends - the shower head and the bottom - at the same time. That's what the he worked on. I thought he very professional and a nice guy, truly. He was very polite. He worked hard and he finished the job in one visit. He knew exactly what was wrong and he explained everything to me.
