I had to call the police on the male owner. The dry cleaners ruined my coat and satin shirt. I spoke with the lady in the store and told her I was leaving with my items, because I need to put it in another dry cleaner, she said ok. A man came out and snatched my items, and pushed me. Mind you I am half his size. I see where he did the same thing to another gentleman years ago. I ended up calling the police because I felt threatened. I ended up paying over $20.00 for ruined items. Way too pricey, not worth the money. No customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place. more

This is my first time writing a review and I felt the need to express that this Dry cleaning service was the worst. When I initially arrived to the cleaning service and asked what the prices were the male owner expressed to me that I was asking too many questions and they don't clean materials that have beading and became belligerent.\r \r After attempting to calm him down I remained calm and expressed as a customer I have the right to know the prices and I was referred by a previous customer, immediately the male owner calmed down and gave me the price. First warning; however I needed the items cleaned because I was going out of town. As I arrived to pick the garments up there were SPOTS that were not cleaned. \r \r I expressed to have them recleaned, on the second attempt I was rudely addressed by the female owner who expressed that the chemicals damaged my clothes and they would not give me a discount or re-clean them. \r \r After the female owner rudely commented that she remembers me from complaining and asking about prices I immediately contacted the lady that referred me and as she arrived to the facility immediately the female owner snapped from being rude to calm.\r \r The female owner rudely stated "" I am not recleaning her garments and she cannot get a discount, she asks to many questions about pricing"". The lady that referred me was appauled and stated you are about to lose a loyal customer. Surprisingly the female owner stated to the loyal customer ""I will continue to give you your discount, but not her"".\r \r I politely stated to the lady that referred me/business owner this is an uncouth business and a customer has the right to know prices and if the business messes up there garments there should be a discount. \r \r As I left the business and smiled with my garments I felt the need to share my story so the next person won't have to deal with ignorance and garments being damaged. more

I finally found some good cleaners around my neighborhood. They finished them on time, all the stains out, so I could catch the plane on time!! I do recommend this cleaner to every one around in charlotte!! Pros: ALL GOOD! more

I was really impressed by their professional dry clean jobs. all my shirts,trousers, and even some bbq sauces on my suits..they got all em out!! and I was so happy because they were really expensive garments. Thank you again and I would use them from now on!! more

To start off with these cleaners have a same day service if you get it there before 10:30am. I dropped my bedspread off at 5:30 Friday night, well after the cut off to have same day service for Friday, however it was definately there before 10:30 on Saturday, but ""You no ready, till monday night"" is what i was told.\r \r Monday night I go to pick up my bedspread, I got it home and my wife informed me that it was too wrinkled, so we take it back to get a refund, because at this point we feel these cleaners are not really professionals. After we told him that we were not satisfied, he refunded us our money. He then proceded to snatch the bedspread and put in the back. He yelled at us for 15 minutes telling us how he did his job (poorly or i would not have been in this situation), and how if we are not going to pay we are not getting our bedspread back. I was about 30 seconds from phoning the police. An employee from the neigbooring Food Lion walked in and tried to help explain to him at that point that what he was doing was wrong adn that he should just give it back to us. \r \r Fellow Citizens, DO NOT USE THESE CLEANERS AT ALL. IF THEY HAVE YOUR STUFF GO GET IT AND NEVER BRING IT BACK. It is more costly, and less of a chance they will clean your cloths right.\r \r This is my second issue with these people people the first pair of pants i brought to them the pressed with plastic card in the pocket, needles to say the pant were ruined, be cause the plastic melted.\r \r Pros: it might be close to your home Cons: Everything Else, If it can go wrong, it will with these people more
