This is my first time writing a review and I felt the need to express that this Dry cleaning service was the worst. When I initially arrived to the cleaning service and asked what the prices were the male owner expressed to me that I was asking too many questions and they don't clean materials that have beading and became belligerent.\r

After attempting to calm him down I remained calm and expressed as a customer I have the right to know the prices and I was referred by a previous customer, immediately the male owner calmed down and gave me the price. First warning; however I needed the items cleaned because I was going out of town. As I arrived to pick the garments up there were SPOTS that were not cleaned. \r

I expressed to have them recleaned, on the second attempt I was rudely addressed by the female owner who expressed that the chemicals damaged my clothes and they would not give me a discount or re-clean them. \r

After the female owner rudely commented that she remembers me from complaining and asking about prices I immediately contacted the lady that referred me and as she arrived to the facility immediately the female owner snapped from being rude to calm.\r

The female owner rudely stated "" I am not recleaning her garments and she cannot get a discount, she asks to many questions about pricing"". The lady that referred me was appauled and stated you are about to lose a loyal customer. Surprisingly the female owner stated to the loyal customer ""I will continue to give you your discount, but not her"".\r
\r
I politely stated to the lady that referred me/business owner this is an uncouth business and a customer has the right to know prices and if the business messes up there garments there should be a discount. \r
\r
As I left the business and smiled with my garments I felt the need to share my story so the next person won't have to deal with ignorance and garments being damaged.
