Customer Lobby is a MUST for any online business selling a product or service 7/26/2010

When it comes to selling a product or service online that you truly believe in, it is important to demonstrate that users of the product or service are satisfied. You could just post up reviews on your own website, but this does not authenticate the review. How does the reader know if you didn't just make up the review yourself? Customer lobby is the 3rd party that any online business needs to show users that their product or service is truly as good as it really is. Furthermore, the interface is very intuitive and easy to use as well. Lastly, reviews can show-up on many major local directories and facebook, which helps drive more traffic to your site. It's a very small price to pay to keep my phone ringing day after day after day. Thank-you customer lobby for the great product! more

...will exemplify why they have employed a remarkable staff that is not only courteous, professional and attentive... but like runflat tires, they go the extra mile - to ensure you're taken care of. Although my company failed to create an account with Customer Lobby (due to unforseen circumstances), I had the luxury of being assisted by a Rachel Strobel. She was magnificent all the way through; she essentially walked me through the entire free-trial setup and was, at the drop of a hat, there to answer any questions my inquisitive little brain mustered for her (via phone call or email - responsive and eager to help). If it were up to me and not my superiors, i'd be on the Customer Lobby program, no doubt in my mind - only regret i have and it is profound. In gist, to describe what I experienced with the Customer Lobby account rep (Rachel); I could purchase all the rulers in the world... and they wouldn't measure up to her abilities and services (a diamond in the rough, that sparkled when i dealt with her). This review is more customer-service-oriented, but they're program is stellar as well. Give it a go and at least one can say they had a grand spankin', monumentally pleasureable customer service experience. Although, after doing extensive research and based on my limited (but sufficient) time with them, i can honestly say that the business-customer relations model has never witnessed something so powerful, effective, simplified and at the same time - remarkably useful. I am simply writing to thank you for developing and continuing to improve your platform. As you know, we have been proactively working on building our online reputation by soliciting reviews from our customers via your phone calls and email invitations. Over the past few months we have built up our portfolio, and as you'll note below I added a link to our profile from the email signature file of all of my employees. Today I got an email from a prospective customer who said: "I have been putting a lot of thought into our conversation and discussions about the campaigns and would like to continue our conversations however I believe that I am going to make the move based on your recommendations and the reviews I read from your clients. Sounds like your company does a great job and that is exactly what we need since our current provider has been so unresponsive" This is a $2000 + per month client who simply clicked on the link, read our reviews, and made a decision! We've been working on her since November, 2009. more

Good "cadence" in his speaking, seeming to give thought to my questions to be sure he answered my real question. Personable. Mike is a keeper. Excellent Service, Support and the application itself. 11/20/2009

I've been working with Ryan, who has been great about getting me set up and following up afterward. We couldn't have picked a better time to get the review process going since just last week we were hit by a major storm in our area. We are a roofing company so the calls were pouring in non-stop for days. I found out during several of the calls I took myself that people read the reviews on the Customer Lobby. GREAT!!! Ryan has also been wonderful working with me about the review site, our own personal site and with other things. He's very thorough, professional and efficient!! more

It's worth the price for us 11/18/2009

I'm the marketing director for a busy automotive service and I wasn't interested in Customer Lobby when Ryan first called - it looked like more work for me, to no sure benefit. It turned out to be very little work and more than enough benefit. Ryan's customer service has been excellent, even when I was confused, and the tech people responded quickly to my questions. Our customers have been surprisingly willing to return the review questionnaires; we expected good reviews but it also seems that our most satisfied customers are the ones who take the time to write the reviews. Part of the value of a business is the community "good will", and I have no doubt that the growing list of reviews we have at Customer Lobby is adding dollars to the value of our business, and our numbers show that it's adding to our revenues day to day. more

Excellent service & follow through 9/17/2009

Right from the beginning Ryan encouraged us to get on their free trial with no obligation. He followed through and since then we have been getting our responses posted to the review site.
