I'm the marketing director for a busy automotive service and I wasn't interested in Customer Lobby when Ryan first called - it looked like more work for me, to no sure benefit. It turned out to be very little work and more than enough benefit.
Ryan's customer service has been excellent, even when I was confused, and the tech people responded quickly to my questions. Our customers have been surprisingly willing to return the review questionnaires; we expected good reviews but it also seems that our most satisfied customers are the ones who take the time to write the reviews.
Part of the value of a business is the community "good will", and I have no doubt that the growing list of reviews we have at Customer Lobby is adding dollars to the value of our business, and our numbers show that it's adding to our revenues day to day.
