When it comes to selling a product or service online that you truly believe in, it is important to demonstrate that users of the product or service are satisfied. You could just post up reviews on your own website, but this does not authenticate the review. How does the reader know if you didn't just make up the review yourself? Customer lobby is the 3rd party that any online business needs to show users that their product or service is truly as good as it really is. Furthermore, the interface is very intuitive and easy to use as well. Lastly, reviews can show-up on many major local directories and facebook, which helps drive more traffic to your site. It's a very small price to pay to keep my phone ringing day after day after day. Thank-you customer lobby for the great product!
