Customer Lobby offers services that could easily cost hundreds more if you sign up with the multitude of separate SEO options. I've been looking for an affordable way to highten my positioning- and I found it with CL! Also, we eliminated our paper customer survey, our survey monkey option and we can even track employee feedback - all at an extremely affordable rate! I highly encourage good business owners to add Customer Lobby to their Home Page! This is a great way for your customers to read about you! more

We were not sure this was a business expense that we wanted to take on at first. I am glad that we did though. The reviews have driven traffic to the website and have helped customers make an informed decision on whether or not to give our service a try. It enables you to revies the review prior to publishing, so if there is an issue, you can work with your client towards a resolution........We love that we get alerts when we have a new review, so we can keep on top of our www reputation..Thank you Customer Lobby! Need to Improve Prospective Client Relations 5/31/2011

As the marketing director for a small business in the Baltimore area, I've been contacted by 4 different representatives from Customer Lobby. We don't have any interest in working with Customer Lobby, and I've made that clear to each caller. However, I continue to receive calls. I'd like to request that a "Not Interested" list be circulated to all team members so that I'm not contacted again. As a company who provides a way to maintain customer service, I would expect that Customer Lobby would have a way to remedy this. Repeat phone calls do not make me more interested in the service. In fact they make me less interested in working with Customer Lobby. RESPONSE FROM Customer Lobby: We are sorry to have bothered you. We called you to offer a free trial of our solution because over 75 percent of those that try our free trial become Customer Lobby members. That said, we are changing how we market our product/service to be much more about providing help and information (inbound lead driven) about how to better manage your reviews and reputation marketing. Jaeger happened to call my office, shortly after my husband and I decided to really work on getting customer reviews for our business (Audio Video Specialists, Inc.). He was easy to talk to, had a professional demeanor, and turned every negative response into a positive one. Each postive response, gave me something new to think about. Not worth the money 5/16/2011

This service is not worth the money you will spend. I went through the trial period and it generated nothing for me, other than soliciting my customers for reviews that they have already given my company. I did not wish to continue and the gentleman who called was very rude after I stated I did not want the service. Then one month later they soliciate again. When I asked if they keep records regarding who they have contacted, etc he said no they don't keep track of their customers. NICE and I want to do business with you why? As we discussed, your reviews had a big impact on your business during your free trial. I've been very happy with Customer Lobby. We've only been using their service for 3 months and we already have 18 reviews. Their Facebook and Twitter widgets make it easy to broadcast the reviews over our social networks. We have our carpet cleaning technicians hand out the review form supplied on their web site so our customers can leave a review in the privacy of their home or business and it works! more

A good person to talk to at Customer Lobby 5/12/2011

Joe Corrales called me on a cold call and made me feel good about trying his service for the month. If you are interested in this service I would recommend you to call and ask for this young man. You want to have a guy that is not pushy, extremely informative, friendly and will bend over backwards to answer questions and help you get those great reviews from your customers even before you sign up. He represents his company well and I would highly recommend him to my friends and business associates. I was amazed how many people look at my reviews and 39 for the first month. For just starting out in business that is great! It shows me that people are not only interested in my website but interested in what people are saying about my business. I am excited and look forward to seeing what this will do for me and the company in the future. more

I had signed up for a trail early this year. Shortly after I received four reviews for my company through Customer Lobby. I then chose to cancel with Customer Lobby (due to a better offer with another company). Without my authorization the reveiws were published. This procedure was never explained to me. Upon learning that I have information online that I have not authorized I called Customer Lobby to have them tell me there is nothing they can or will do about it. RESPONSE FROM Customer Lobby: Our system gets your best customers to review your business which often results in lots of great reviews. But, we are a forum for all valid reviews including 1-star reviews. That is what makes your 5-star reivews so valuable - they are trustworthy. If a company gets a critical review, we have a wide range of management options, dispute resolution procedures and trained staff ready to work through any difficult situation. However, we do not delete reviews that meet our publishing guidelines. Your Customer Lobby reviews are indexing very well on Google and all of the major search engines. People can see how happy your customers are about your business. By responding to (and not deleting) your one negative reivew, you make all of your other great reviews more powerful. Keep asking your customers to write reviews and you will create a very valuable asset for your business. more

Customer Lobby's platform is amazing. I have several clients that I have included Customer Lobby to their Internet Marketing Strategy as a tool to help their online reputation with. It's easy to use, extremely valuable, and a proactive way for businesses to get fresh content about them out to consumers searching for them. Besides all of those wonderful things I have discovered since I started using them, their customer service is top notch. We are happy to have found a third-party review service that does not try to sell our customers magazine subscriptions, funnel them off to shopping sites, etc. CustomerLobby provides easy to use account tools and great customer support. CustomerLobby is no fan of free speech. By God, they will never allow a bad review to be published. I'm pretty sure after reading reviews on various clients of CustomerLobby, the reviews are written by employees of CustomerLobby. They all sound the same - consistency is a good thing when manipulating the public. RESPONSE FROM Customer Lobby: Approximately 10% of reviews that are written on Customer Lobby are negative reviews. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. One of the ways that Customer Lobby is different than other reviews hosting companies is that only actual customers of a business can publish a review (click the Guidelines tab above to see). Customer Lobby periodically verifies that authors of both positive and negative reviews are customers of the business that they have reviewed. In addition, Customer Lobby regularly removes both positive and negative reviews that it believes are not from actual customers of the business being reviewed. Although this reviewer is not a customer of Customer Lobby, we believe that this review describes a valid concern regarding Customer Lobby's service and should be published. more
