Cupertino Plumbing did a great job. Eight or ten years ago, we had them come and put in copper pipes throughout our whole house. We recently had a leak, so we called them up. They came back and didn't charge us for the visit since it was their work. We needed a wall to be taken down, but they couldn't do it, so they gave me the number of someone else who could. They did a fine job and are reliable. more

Cupertino Plumbing did a few different projects around the house. They first put in some new toilets, then replaced some faucets on a later date. They did an excellent job. They did it all on time. With other plumbers I've tried, they just don't do the same quality of job. Cupertino's price has always been right, too. more

My daughter and I called Cupertino Plumbing when we thought our new washer was leaking. It was just hooked up incorrectly, so the man fixed all of that. He came here and did what needed to be done while carrying himself very professionally. So far, the washer has been just fine. more

I live up in the mountains. It's expensive getting people up here. I usually wait until I have two or three things that need to be done before I have someone come up. Cupertino Plumbing came when I called and took care of absolutely everything I needed. more

Problem fixed, but they may want to work on timeliness 10/11/2013

We had an alright experience with Cupertino Plumbing. We called them when we had an issue with our plumbing in our home. They first came out to diagnose the problem. Then, they came to work on it. The workers were very professional when they were in our home. They kept everything clean after the work was complete. Actually scheduling the appointments was fine, but on one occasion, they arrived quite a bit after our scheduled appointment. Our appointment was set for 8:30am, and they did not arrive until 11am. They did, however, call ahead of time to let us know. Overall, they performed everything to our expectations, but they may want to focus more on timeliness in the future because customers have to move things around in their schedules in order to accommodate the appointments. more

I had an issue with my sink stopper, so I called Cupertino Plumbing, and they came right out within that day to fix it. This was my first experience with them. The young man who did the work was very nice and efficient. He crawled under the house to get the job done. He cleaned everything after he was done. He repaired the stopper just fine, so I couldn't ask for anything more! I would recommend them. more

I'm very satisfied with Cupertino Plumbing. 10/1/2013

Cupertino Plumbing is very professional. I recommend them to everybody. So far, whatever I've asked Cupertino to work on they have fixed and they have done it right. The last thing we had was a rusty pipe on the dryer. It's been rusty like that for fifteen years and we finally said. "We gotta do something about this." We asked Cupertino to come in and look at it. We thought they were going to have to tear a hole in the wall to fix it, but they didn't. They just fixed it. They're just regular people. They're not anybody in particular who I would be drinking beers with, but they're nice people who come to your house to do what they're supposed to do and they do the job. more

Cupertino Plumbing is a very knowledgeable company. I liked that they explained what they were doing when they worked on my leaking water heater. It was 10 out of 5 customer service for sure! more

Very efficient job with minimal disturbance to my tenant 9/11/2013

Cupertino Plumbing did a good job for me. I was very satisfied with their work. Whenever I had to call Frank with a concern, he almost always answered his phone. It's good to know communication with them is easy enough. They were on time and worked efficiently with minimal disturbance to my tenant. It was a good experience. more

They greatly improved my shower. 9/9/2013

Cupertino Plumbing installed a new cold water pipe in my shower because the other one was plugged up. They also put in a new shower head and temperature controls. They did an excellent job of doing that, and it changed how the shower works completely. more

Wouldn't use anybody else! 9/5/2013

I had a very good experience with Cupertino Plumbing. They had fixed the piping a couple of years ago and I was very happy then so I used them again recently. The man who came out is a hard worker and very, very pleasant. I have used other people's service but I'm happy very happy with Cupertino Plumbing--I wouldn't use anyone else! more

Fast and responsive with a very fair price. 8/30/2013

I had Cupertino Plumbing replace a main drain line. It was fast and turned out to be a lower cost than I thought it was going to be. Then I had them clean the drain lines out. They did that quickly as well. I wasn't scheduled to have earthquake straps put on my water heater, but I asked him to do that and he tried to fit it in, but had to come back the next day. He came back when said he would and got it done. Everything was done well and the price was reasonable. more

I just had a leak in the shower wall, I had to have wall opened up. They replaced all the pipes in the wall, and all connections. They put in a new Delta faucet handle, and took out all the old valves. more

They were okay. The only thing was Cupertino Plumbing said we needed something to knock down a wall, and someone else said no, I don't need that done. I had them once before that, and the first time they did a good job. more

Cupertino Plumbers are smart and do good work. 9/26/2012

The most recent job Cupertino Plumbing did for me was for a rental. We met them down there, and there was one aspect of it when they did something and it apparently caused a gush to come out in the other bathroom, but they cleaned it all up. After that, they determined they needed to do work under the building, and they came out within a day and accomplished that and completely resolved the problem. They are just smart plumbers. They're expensive, but they're smart. They aren't the first people I would call, but if it looks like it's complicated I'll call them. more

Great experience 9/19/2012

I had Cupertino Plumbing out to fix a leaking drain under the house. The pipe actually went up the wall, so they cut the wall open, fixed the pipe, sealed it up and re-stucco'd it. Everything matched up perfectly and turned out perfect. more
