We had an alright experience with Cupertino Plumbing. We called them when we had an issue with our plumbing in our home. They first came out to diagnose the problem. Then, they came to work on it. The workers were very professional when they were in our home. They kept everything clean after the work was complete. Actually scheduling the appointments was fine, but on one occasion, they arrived quite a bit after our scheduled appointment. Our appointment was set for 8:30am, and they did not arrive until 11am. They did, however, call ahead of time to let us know. Overall, they performed everything to our expectations, but they may want to focus more on timeliness in the future because customers have to move things around in their schedules in order to accommodate the appointments.
