Toto Toilet slowing down. Fixed in a jiffy. 12/29/2011

Frank came out on about two hours notice over the holidays. Was in and out quick. Was able to fix the problem without new parts but did suggest that I get a new tower in the water tank. He had the office order me one and showed me how to install it myself so he didn't need to come out and charge for a service call when it came in. Toilet is working well now. I couldn't be happier. more

They had good communication throughout the job and explained things clearly. 12/16/2011

Cupertino Plumbing was timely, with people on the job fast. We had them replace the main sewage drain out to the street as well as putting in a copper line from the street to the house. They had a very difficult task, digging through hard clay in the heat, and did a good job. They were there all day and never complained. more

They were good. 12/12/2011

Cupertino Plumbing was good. After checking around, we found they were much higher priced than others, but we thought they would do a better job, which they probably did. The job took longer than we first thought. They broke one of the sprinkler pipes, and they came back and fixed it later, but in the mean time we had pipes leaking everywhere. Those things happen, and they're only human after all, so it was okay. more

I took the time to send this review because my experience was so positive from when I first phoned for an appt. to the completion of my job. more

Had to come back to make adjustments. 11/29/2011

Cupertino Plumbing had to come back to readjust what wasn't working properly. They installed a new shower head and the part that connects the shower to the bath wasn't working and they had to come back out to fix that. This was for a rental property, so the renter was bugging me to get it fixed, and that made this experience worse. If they had adjusted it correctly in the first place, then the ratings would have been higher. more

Overall, I thought it was a good experience. 11/17/2011

I called Cupertino Plumbing because I needed a new water faucet. He came in and discovered I needed quite a bit more. He came back the next day. He was running late, about 2-3 hours late, but he called me to apologize and let me know that the job he was on was taking longer than expected. Even though I was frustrated, I did think that was very responsible of him, better than any other company I've used before. When he arrived, he got right to work. I thought overall it was a good experience and I'll probably use him again. more

Professional and provide good service. 10/31/2011

I've done business with Cupertino Plumbing for a number of years. Most recently, I had some work done in April. Unfortunately, there was still an issue, however I wasn't able to follow-up with them until September. When I did finally contact them, they scheduled an appointment and came out to fix the problem. I am sure that they would have solved the issue sooner, had I called them more promptly. I've dealt with Carol in the office for many years, and have been very happy with her service. Also, all of the techs have provided good service. more

Excellent job and quality work on time 10/25/2011

Cupertino Plumbing was referred to me by my real estate agent, who is a friend of mine. Nevertheless, I also took bids from two other plumbers. But once I have seen all three, answering my questions I knew that going with Cupertino Plumbing was the right decision. Their plumbers worked very neat and were always creative and ready to go the extra mile if they saw a better opportunity to lay the pipes, which would prevent cutting another hole in my walls. Then the patching guy showed up and I could not believe how well he patched all my walls. Even the texture on my walls was back, so that you would not even know that there was ever a whole in the wall. All members of Cupertino Plumbing were patient in answering my questions and timely in showing up for work. Excellent job and I would recommend them to anybody without hesitation. more

Excellent Job and Great Customer Service 10/17/2011

From start to finish, I was extremely pleased with the service which I received from Cupertino Plumbing. I had already had bids from two other plumbers before contacting Cupertino Plumbing. As soon as I spoke with Carol on the phone, I felt confident that this was the company I would use for my plumbing needs. Carol took the time to explain in layperson's language what the plumber would be doing. She was very patient with answering all my questions. When the plumber (Tom) showed up at my home, he, too, showed me this same patience and courtesy in explaining his work to me. I could not have been more pleased with Tom and his work. He was very courteous, respectful and neat while in my home and did an excellent job in installing all my new faucets even with some that required some difficult installation. He was always prompt in his arrival each morning and I felt very comfortable having him working in my home. I was also pleased when Carol contacted me at the completion of the project to check to make sure that I was happy with the work that had been done. I will definitely use Cupertino Plumbing again and will recommend their service to others. more

Problem solved. 9/20/2011

A neighbor told my husband and I about Cupertino Plumbing. We called them because our tub was leaking. Tom was the plumber who came out, and he was really nice, and very efficient. Tom told us what was wrong, and recommended the best solution for us. The pin in the tub faucet was broken, and he replaced it. Now, everything works fine. We will use Cupertino Plumbing again, recommend them to the neighbors. more

Great work and an overall good experience 9/20/2011

Cupertino Plumbing fit us in to their schedule and was out to fix our water heater within hours of us calling them. They arrived on time, quickly resolved our problem, and the price matched the bid we received on the phone. The entire experience, from the receptionist to the plumber, was easy, efficient and pleasant. I would highly reccomend Cupertinio Plumbing to anyone! more

I've used Cupertino Plumbing on three to four different occasions. They seem to be experts at what they do. I like them because when you call, they are able to come fairly soon, as opposed to the following week and they come on time. I'll definitely use them again. more

I needed to find a plumber fast to clear the root-filled main line in front of my house. I did some research on the BBB website and saw an A+ rating for this company. They deserve this rating as they arrived on time, finished the job quickly and were polite and courteous. I would use them again without hesitation. more

Very impressed with the company 9/7/2011

I have used Cupertino Plumming for years and would not consider any other. The have been honest, fair, hard,working and get the job done promptly. The plumbers are respectful and on time. One of my favorite is my new Toto toilet with all the extra features. They even came out pressed a button I had neglected and left saying no problem ... Pleasure to help you. I call only them for my Plumming needs and if I ever rebuild they will be part of my contracting team because I trust them. more

Cupertino Plumbing did some remodeling for me. After a number of years went by, a few issues came up. I called them up and they came out and took responsibility for it and repaired the issues. I was completely satisfied with the results and with their attitude. It was an extremely positive experience. I was very impressed because, even after a number of years had gone by, they were willing to fix the issues that popped up without question. It showed what kind of company they are that they'll take care of their customers no matter what. I know I can always count on these guys! I'd definitely recommend them to anybody else! more
