I have a hectic schedule that makes it difficult to work out consistently. After not getting results with another trainer, I tried Athletic CTS boot camps. After 7 weeks of working out with Athletic CTS, I'm stronger, faster, and more fit than I've been in years. They have unique workouts that show quick results if you stick with it. This is definitely the best workout program that I've ever used! Thanks Athletic CTS! See you at 5:45am for our next workout! Best Outdoor Workout 9/7/2007

Coming from someone who works out 6 days a week at the gym (run, spin, step, weights....do the same thing over and over), I needed something to take me to the next level. CTS Boot Camp was exactly the program I was looking for. Not only did I get a great workout each time (No excuses, No I Can'ts) each day you challenge different muscle groups. Not only did my muscle tone change, but my cardio (which I had always thought was good) improved and I lost weight. I have always been very competitive with myself (I'm not one for showing up to something and not giving110%). CTS Boot Camp not only encouraged me to do the best I possibly could on my own, but also learn to work as a team....Never Leave a Man Behind. I would definitely recommend this (as I have to a lot of people) for someone who wants to change the scenary, take their fitness to the next level and really CHALLENGE themselves. Accomplishing something that you don't think you can do (a million push-ups...okay maybe not that many!) gives you the confidence in yourself to try things you wouldn't typically do. Nii and Dave are both very motivating and two of the most knowledgeable fitness coaches I have ever met, and I've met a lot. Give it a try - you'll never know what you can do if you don't try. Best Workout Boost 9/7/2007

I never write these reviews but this is one of the best workouts out in NYC. I have done marathons in the past and these workouts, while appropriate for all levels of fitness, were a great way to strengthen core and do all the things that are great for you but that you never do on your own, i.e. push ups, sit ups, sprints.... In addition, the classes change everytime so you and your body never get bored. The teachers are demanding but very supportive. Working out in Central Park was a great way to start the day. Great Program... 9/5/2007

I am a male in my mid-20s in relatively good shape (or so I thought), but once joining this program I realized that I really needed the extra push to get off the ""plateau"" I was on. Although waking up earlier in the morning is tough for me (and most others), it is well worth-it and a great way to start off your day. CTS BootCamp is is different from the other programs I looked at b/c it is not gimmicky, trendy, or soft- it is the real deal and involves training using your natural surroundings and basic objects (such as a sandbag or medicine ball) to supplement a drill or exercise. The instructor will push you beyond your typical threshhold in a motivational manner- regardless of your current physique or endurance. more

Girl who never worked out a day in her life until CTS feels great (and looks it, too!) 8/31/2007

I'm not usually the type to post reviews, but this program has been the best thing to happen to me this year. I was a plus-size gal who never worked out a day in her life. (Doctor's note to get out of gym every year in middle and high school!) I was fed up with looking lousy and feeling tired, fatigued, and depressed. When I signed up for the boot camp, I didn't know what to expect--I was scared, frightened, but also ready to make a change. Pros: Work out in the middle of the greatest city in the world, and be cheered on with positive reinforcement while doing it!! more
