I am a male in my mid-20s in relatively good shape (or so I thought), but once joining this program I realized that I really needed the extra push to get off the ""plateau"" I was on. Although waking up earlier in the morning is tough for me (and most others), it is well worth-it and a great way to start off your day. CTS BootCamp is is different from the other programs I looked at b/c it is not gimmicky, trendy, or soft- it is the real deal and involves training using your natural surroundings and basic objects (such as a sandbag or medicine ball) to supplement a drill or exercise. The instructor will push you beyond your typical threshhold in a motivational manner- regardless of your current physique or endurance.
