I never write these reviews but this is one of the best workouts out in NYC. I have done marathons in the past and these workouts, while appropriate for all levels of fitness, were a great way to strengthen core and do all the things that are great for you but that you never do on your own, i.e. push ups, sit ups, sprints.... In addition, the classes change everytime so you and your body never get bored. The teachers are demanding but very supportive. Working out in Central Park was a great way to start the day. I saw results in two weeks.
