I want to take this opportunity to praise one of your employees who has helped me so much with all my questions and concerns regarding my new installation. We are clients of Crums for many years, we had a service contract with you for over six years. We recently had our old air conditoner inspected and serviced (an appointment I made thru Karen). I was truly impressed with the tech who came out and did this inspection. His name was Jayson and he was very professional. I was also impressed that you were endorsed by Channel 9 news. I made an appointment with Karen again for a salesman to come out and review what was available for a more energy efficient unit. My air conditioner was working and in good condition, but I wanted to make a change since I am updating my home. I have had several concerns regarding the installation, the unit I purchased, and the forms to complete for warranty and rebates. Karen was so professional and has assisted me in every aspect with this installation. I am uncertain what her position is with your company, but she coordinated everything I needed and has put me at ease in regard to all the items which were greatly on my mind. I also had the opportunity of dealing with Vanessa, and she was also very pleasant. I hope you realize how important that your office personnel are, and that you reward them for a job well done and for the impact they have on your clients. You have heard several complaints from me in regard to my installation, but Karen has handled everything for me. She deserves an increase in pay. She definitely knows your business, and more importantly, she knows the true meaning of customer service. Please see that she knows what a pleasant experience it has been speaking with her over the phone, and how much we appreciate everything she did to conclude our concerns. You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee.
