I am suspicious about all of these reviews i wonder if real customers put these in. Please notice most of them fall in the same month and there is like 27 of them and all have 5 stars.. The customers even remember the techs names even last names, and there is not even one typo in any of the comments, looks like a secretary wrote all of this not real customers. If this is true then they must be awsomeeee but i doubt it. Im sure they are probaly not bad or perhaps they are who knows? I would ask a city mechanical inspector on their opinion or a neighbor that might of used them. I am a hvac technician with over 15 yrs experience and im not taking any business away from them i work in a resort but have worked for ac contractors in the past and believe me when you do a good and honest job people will recommend you, no need to write glowing 5 star reviews about yourself to attract customers, you know what they say "if its to good to be true it probaly isnt". I might have a couple of typos but thats ok if you are a real person just trying to let the buyer beware... Best of Luck. .... Raul
