I "interviewed" 3 other companies prior to choosing Crums and I am glad I did. They were professional, helpful, and courteous. The installer Roger was very knowledgable and unbelievably professional. I am used to some workers being loud, using foul language, playing loud music....not Roger and his crew....all business! And my salesman did NOT feel like he was "giving me a line" like some of the other salesemen. He went above and beyond in talking to me and my husband which required several different trips to our home and phone calls because of our work schedules. Michael M.?
