It is unfortunate for this gym that they are so horrible with billing and the staff (even the manager) seems to have no control over anything. It is very sad because we really do like the gym, but the way they do business is very poor. We have had multiple problems with the billing here and they do nothing to clear it up or help you fix the problem. I believe this is because they are using a separate company to bill, but with as many members that have had issues with it you would think they would look for alternative ways to handle this part of business. Not only do they randomly bill you and take money out of your account whenever they want, the front desk staff is also very rude and unfriendly. more

Best Gym, Period! 1/1/2011

Having been a weight lifter since I was 11, I am now in my forties, ehem. This is the best gym, not just in Ogden, but the best I have ever been to. I have been to them across the US. Great price, great equipment, plenty of weight and tons of cardio equipment with a tv on each. I highly recommend!. more

Crossroads Fitness--a Winner 9/12/2010

I started going regularly to Crossroads fitness this summer and have been a regular attender for the past six weeks. I like the great staff and enjoy the excellent equipment. My trainer has been awesome and I've received a lot of help since going there. Even though the center is smaller than some gyms there are plenty of group fitness classes to take. I would highly recommend it to anyone. more

Excellent equipment and great staff 2/5/2010

Staff is friendly and customers are also friendly to each other. I enjoy going to this gym. Pros: Equipment is new and facility is very nice. Cons: I haven't found cons yet and been a member over a year. more

Child Care people are rude, nasty, and went too far. 7/17/2009

We had a very bad experience with the child care and when we addressed the manager with our issue he said that he would always side with his employees. Not very good customer service. Pros: New equipment and overall nice gym Cons: Child Care more
