It is unfortunate for this gym that they are so horrible with billing and the staff (even the manager) seems to have no control over anything. It is very sad because we really do like the gym, but the way they do business is very poor. We have had multiple problems with the billing here and they do nothing to clear it up or help you fix the problem. I believe this is because they are using a separate company to bill, but with as many members that have had issues with it you would think they would look for alternative ways to handle this part of business. Not only do they randomly bill you and take money out of your account whenever they want, the front desk staff is also very rude and unfriendly.
