Having been a weight lifter since I was 11, I am now in my forties, ehem. This is the best gym, not just in Ogden, but the best I have ever been to. I have been to them across the US. Great price, great equipment, plenty of weight and tons of cardio equipment with a tv on each. I highly recommend!.
